Nature’s Grace and Wellness is woman owned and family operated by the O'Hern family. Established in 2014, NGW stands as one of the original licensed medical cannabis cultivating facilities in Illinois. They bring a rich legacy of farming expertise spanning five generations in Western Illinois. Originally focused on cattle and grain, the O'Hern Family recognized the potential of medical cannabis and embraced the opportunity to leverage their extensive cultivation knowledge. Their deeply held belief in the profound benefits of cannabis as a plant for enhancing well-being inspired them to enter the industry when it was legalized in 2014.

Midwestern Rural and City Roots
NGW's Cultivation and Processing Facility is located in Vermont, Illinois where the family has established their farming legacy. This facility provides a large scale cultivation with an expansive space where dedicated teams cultivate an impressive selection of multitude of genetic varieties and cannabis infused products.
NGW's Chicago branch office serves as the home to our Field and Outreach team. Beyond educating consumers about NGW's extensive catalog of premium and value-driven products, NGW is committed to making a positive impact within the community.

At Nature’s Grace and Wellness, quality is a team effort. From cultivation to kitchen, our employees work collaboratively and take pride in the products they help create—many of which they use themselves.
Our kitchen is known for its award-winning chocolates, rigorous cleanliness, and in-house recipe development, with staff input driving innovation and continuous improvement.
In the concentrate lab, a skilled team of over 20 specialists produces a wide range of extracts—from rosin and hash to distillate and badder—using both clean and value-conscious methods that maximize plant use and minimize waste.
In our garden, multiple grow rooms and a diverse rotation of genetics allow us to cultivate premium cannabis with precision. Drawing on generational farming experience, we fine-tune environments for each strain to optimize quality, yield, and overall plant health.
